• Foreign use.
• Legal fees and costs incurred with our consent, in connection with a claim against your policy.
• Legal liability for damage to other people’s property.
• Legal liability for death or injury to any other person including passengers.
Third party only may include:
• Foreign use.
• Legal fees and costs incurred with our consent, in connection with a claim against your policy.
• Legal liability for damage to other people’s property.
• Legal liability for death or injury to any other person including passengers.
Standard exclusions and limitations may include:
• Excludes damage to tyres, road punctures, cuts or buts.
• Excludes loss of value, wear and tear.
• Excludes mechanical and electrical breakdown.
• Liability arising from radiation or any nuclear equipment.
• Limited to the market value of the vehicle and not greater then the limit insured.
• Loss or damage arising from the vehicle being filled with the wrong type of fuel or petrol or diesel.

You have the right to cancel your policy at anytime by notifying the insurance company and returning the certificate of insurance. When you cancel you will be charged an administration fee. If you paying your premium under any instalment scheme, you will not receive a refund for amounts already paid.
If you cancel you policy following a claim, there will be no refund of the premium.
In the event of any accident or loss you should call the insurance company immediately.
